Netties Linens Contract
RENTAL AGREEMENT
The customer is responsible to pay half of your balance as your deposit. Until we receive your signed agreement, credit card authorization form and half of your deposit your linens are not reserved.
You can pay your deposit by credit card or check/money order. Any check returned because of non sufficient funds will be charged a $35.00 fee. Your remaining balance is due 3 weeks prior to your event. That is when you should call our office to give your final count. You can upsize or downsize by 10%.
You will receive your linens 1-2 days prior to your event unless other arrangements are made. Please note your order will not be shipped to you if final payment is not made, so please make sure final payment is paid within a timely manner so we can get your order out on time.
If you choose to cancel your order after contract is signed and deposit has been made, there will be no refund.
We always recommend you get a chair cover sample before placing your order to assure our chair covers fit your style of chair. If you choose not to get a sample, and the chair cover does not fit, we are not responsible.
You may order a chair cover sample and a sash of your choice of color for a fee of $15.00.
If our sample fits your needs and you would like to place an order, just return the sample within 10 business days and you'll get a credit to your order of $10.00, the remaining $5.00 is for the shipment of the sample.
Any sample not returned to us within 10 business days will be charged an additional $15.00 for the loss of our linen and sash.
We can get most any food out of our covers and table linens. Do not wash them.
Do not use any lit candles or flame around our linens. Waxed or burned linens will be charged a full replacement fee. Do not place our linens in any type of garbage or plastic bags because mildew occurs in transit.
If our linens are not returned or returned with any sort of burn hole, permanent marker, gum, rips or tears, we will charge the rentee a $10.00 charge per chair cover, $2.00 per sash and $2.00 per napkin. Our linens come to you in great quality shape, and you are responsible to return them in the same condition.
It is the customers responsibility to pay shipping One way. Following your event it is your responsibility to pack our linens back in the boxes and put the labels on. It is the customers responsibility to arrange for UPS to pick them up or take them to any UPS facility and drop them off. Please note: UPS may charge a fee for picking them up. If you have any questions about picking the packages up or dropping them off or to find the nearest location call UPS at
1-800-PICK-UPS ( 1-800-742-5877).
On wedding events a honeymoon usually follows after, so we would recommend that you put someone in charge of the counting of the linens to make sure they are all there. We allow 4-5 days transit time. If we do not receive our linens within this time period, there will be a $25.00 a day late fee charge.
We are NOT responsible for any kind of injury whatsoever, due to falls off the chair, or from any kind of injury that could or might occur per use of our linens.
